East TN snow update

Good evening

The upper level low has become a little more predictable now and am already hearing some reports of snow in the highest of elevations in the smokies . Chattanooga area may start seeing snow around midnight and its becoming clear to me that the southern valley may indeed pick up a dusting or so. Not a travel hazard or anything ...probably just on the grassy surfaces and car-tops. Some areas out west have already picked up a couple of inches and could still get a couple of more before it moves east. Going to be an interesting day tomorrow and its nice to see those warm ground temps keeping the snow from accumulating..lolz

  1. Snowdog here, what the heck happened over at TNWx to get you banned? I must have missed it, but I have been away a lot lately because of the thanksgiving holiday.

  2. Something stupid happened on tnwx. The mods all let their ego's get the best of them. When Toot was refuting their claims that snow could not accumulate with facts that snow could and would accumulate, they got ticked off because their egos were feeling pretty uneasy. Its a shame, because tnwx lost their best Winter poster over there IMO. And there goes East Tn weather analysis once again, making that place predominantly a West/Mid Tn based place once again.
